Abstract Memories

Janet Bourne is a painter working in Staffordshire.  She trained in Fine Art at Staffordshire University and Central Saint Martins, London.  Janet became a full time painter in 2004 producing work that hovers between abstraction and representation.  Photography is used to capture memories of places she has visited, which inspire her work.  The response is deeply personal and emotional.
